#MODEL X 12V BATTERY ISSUE

Issue Description:

  • The user reported that their Tesla vehicle suddenly displayed multiple error codes, including:

    • app_w009

    • tas_a313

    • di_a222

    • di_a246

    • di_a223

    • And other unspecified codes.

  • Vehicle Status:

    • The vehicle lost power while driving, and the dashboard showed multiple warning messages.

    • The user attempted to restart the vehicle, but the issue persisted.

  • Solution: Replace the 12V Battery


  • Important Note:

    While replacing the 12V battery is a common fix, it’s always a good idea to have Tesla perform a diagnostic check to confirm the root cause, especially if the issue recurs or other systems are affected.
